Tamu Ngina  can show you how to integrate meditation into your life as part of your Holistic Wellness Practice. She has used meditation in her healing practice since 2007 after training as a Reiki teacher and more extensively since training for over two year with Bright Dawn Center of Oneness Buddhism and graduating as a lay minister in 2013. She currently is a Bright Dawn Faculty Member facilitating Buddhist Ministerial training.

Holistic Wellness encompasses methods that assist you in bring mind, body and spirit into unity and harmony.

Meditation comes in various forms such as silent sitting meditation and guided meditation.

Meditation can be used to enhance your spiritual practice and personal growth as well as to help you maintain balance and well being.

Many people can benefit from meditation to help them quiet their mind there by allowing their body and spirit to recover. Meditation is a wonderful practice
that has been proven beneficial through scientific study and published in medical journals in improving symptoms for various medical conditions such as:
  • Aches and pains
  • Anxiety
  • Auto-Immune diseases
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Chronic headaches and migraines
  • Chronic pain
  • Depression
  • Digestive issues
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Inflammatory diseases
  • Insomnia
  • Side effects of prescription drugs, chemotherapy or radiation

People dealing with Lyme disease can also benefit from meditation.

Certain types of meditations may not be beneficial for certain psychological illness. Please consult with your medical or psychotherapist if you are dealing with psychological issues before embarking upon meditation.

In the meditation coaching sessions you will learn proper breathing techniques, methods in which to bring meditation into your daily waking life, meditation for mental clarity, focus, relaxation as well as to enhance your spiritual practice. Each session is tailor specifically for you.  

In the end you will experience first hand how meditation and proper breathing can not only enhance your day to day life, improve your relationships, improve your creativity and your over all self perspective.

But it is a PRACTICE.

The Private Meditation Instructions/Coaching Sessions is a Six Week Course in Mindfulness/Awareness based Meditation where we focus on:
  • Proper Breathing/Breathwork
  • Basic Meditation Postures
  • Body Attentiveness
  • Emotional Attentiveness
  • Thought Attentiveness
  • Mind Attentiveness
  • Daily Practice Development
Each session/lesson builds upon the previous. There is also the option to have personal energy meditations built into your personalized curriculum. 

Your needs are addressed in each session and how to find your spiritual footing in meditation and what works best for you. Included in this private training will be guided meditations custom tailored for you. Recorded for your personal use.

Meditation is a life long practice and we are all students and continue to grow and dig deeper into your practice. I assist you in the basic beginning and from there you can soar in what ever direction you prefer.

Each session will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. 
Ongoing email  and or phone support for the duration of the six weeks.
